We are a small batch kombucha brewery located in Hoyt, KS, just 12 miles north of Topeka. We're happily offering our kombucha at several locations across NE Kansas!
Our ingredients are harvested by local organic farmers, hand-picked in the wild by us or bought fresh from an organic grocer. Kombucha doesn't get much fresher than that!

On October 10, 2019 Morning Light Kombucha was awarded the Kansas Minority Business of the Year 2019 -Manufacturing Firm. Melinda was unable to attend the awards banquet, but the award was accepted by her daughter Halina and boyfriend Jason. We were taken by surprise and completely humbled by this honor. Moring Light Kombucha is a family run business and 100% Native American operated. We are so grateful to be recognized for the hard work we’ve put into growing our business!
